Who I am
My name is Rich McMasters. I’m from a small town in Western NY called Silver Creek where I grew up in a quiet neighborhood with not much going on. I spent a lot of time trying anything I could to fill the space, so creating has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
There are so many creative paths that I would love to explore, and I love digging into the different processes for making things. I’m always searching for new inspiration and I find it mostly in seeing how others create, in nature, in music, in the connections I have with the people I love, and in exploring what it means to be human.
As of 2026, I am still living a quiet life, just a few towns over in Hamburg, NY. I currently work a full time job in retail, but my free time is filled with outdoor adventures, rock climbing, weekly movie and game nights with friends, quiet nights in with the love of my life, and—of course—making time to create when I can.
